Team Registration

Choose a team captain and secure your team's spot in the league. Once your spot is secured, each member can register under the team name. Minimum 10 players needed on a team.   

Player Registration

Register your individual spot under the team you represent for the league. Players must also fill out the waiver and liability forms. This price covers the cost of the uniform.
